SHIPPING And Returns

Shipping Policies for Alcohol Beverages

We do not ship any alcoholic beverages. Pick-up orders may be placed for purchases containing alcoholic beverages.

Shipping Policies for All Other Items

Party Town (licensed in KY) states that you immediately assume ownership for products you purchase at the time of your order. Purchases are recorded in Kentucky. If you request the order to be delivered, you allow a common carrier to deliver them for you. All items from the carrier will be shipped with an adult signature required. Shipping without an adult signature is not an option. When ordering cigars, you certify that you comprehend and agree to all rules regarding sales, transportation and delivery of cigar products in your state and have permissioni to do so legally. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, the minimum legal age to purchase tobacco. We currently ship cigar products, party supplies, KY Proud products and non-alcoholic items to all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping.

Age Verification for Alcohol Beverages and Cigars

We will not sell to anyone below 21 years of age for alcohol and 18 years of age for cigar products. Proof of age is required upon checkout.

Shipping Carriers and Options

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier. Your choice of shipping options is presented at checkout. Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination, which are determined from the FedEx shipping calculator.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is processed, we will send an order tracking number to the email address provided in your account from which you can check the status of your order.

Damaged Shipments

Once you have placed your order, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipments

In the rare case that an order is shipped incorrectly, please call us at (859) 371-4466 and we will make it right!

Out Of Stock Orders

Our product inventory is updated every hour. Should a product selection be out of stock at the time of your online order, we will immediately contact you via the email or phone number provided in your account to inform you and ask how you would like to proceed.

Order Cancellation

Your order is immediately processed by our system. Should you elect to cancel your order, please call or email us immediately to request a cancellation. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order and no refunds will be provided.
